Contest Rules:
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older to enter. RSVP submission automatically enters you into the contest.
Entry Period: Entries are valid from the date of RSVP submission through the end of the Grand Reopening weekend.
How to Enter: Complete and submit the RSVP form. One RSVP entry per person.
Winner Selection: One winner will be randomly selected after the Grand Reopening weekend and contacted via the provided email.
Prize Details: The winner will receive "Pizza for a Year," defined as one free large pizza per month for 12 consecutive months, valid only at Mad Monks Pizza Co.
Prize Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed by the winner in person.
Notification: The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Mad Monks Pizza Co. to announce the winner's name in promotional materials.
